CDN Bank that wires to Seto Shinkin JPN?

EDIT Wire transfer questions

Hi guys, I'm hoping someone here can sort me out before the banks close today. LOL, Too late. The bank info I have for the seller for my Pajero is for Seto Shinkin Bank, but Bank of Montreal, where all my funds are sitting, says they don't wire to Seto Shinkin. The branch teller today(intelligence level unknown) shows me in their international "book" that BMO only wires to "Mizuho Corporate" in Tokyo. Does the wire transfer get forwarded to the seller's bank via the Swift code?
Barring that, does anyone know where I can take my money to get it sent to Seto Shinkin Bank?

If you need me to contact Seto Bank and ask them which Canadian bank(s) they can (have) accept(ed) transfers from, I'd be happy to do that for you.

Glad to hear that you were able to work it out.

When I was buying my Cruiser, I looked into Wire Transfer payment options. At the time, I found that Custom House's online Vantage service had lower fees and better exchange rates than the banks. Head office is in Victoria, BC.

Their web site kinda sucks, but I successfully completed wire transfers to Japan and Australia. Allow about a week to get everything set up prior to your first transfer.

Thanks Steve. I'll see about setting that up if I ever have to do any other transfers. The bank did bend me over a stump with the exchange rate... 4% over the "actual" which amounted to a bit over $200. Ouch.

I just tried an online quote:

plus a wire fee of 16.84 CAD - CANADA DOLLAR

The rate changes every minute. Just went up:

Check out xetrade.com .. I used them and saved a lot of money doing so. Banks rip you off on the exchange rate.
