Wanted CDL switch for my 97 LX450

I'm looking for a center diff lock switch for my Lexus. I found a few for sell adds on here but they were all sold. I'm pretty sure the 91-94 years use a different button so I really need the 95-97 button. I know some guys use the hazard button as the CDL button, but I REALY don't want to do that. My wife will be driving the Lexus most of the time and I'm afraid she will mix up the two and hit the wrong button which could be dangerous at high speeds. Just want the factory CDL button or one that at least looks kinda factory.

Never heard back from you so I ordered on on ebay. No longer need a switch.
