    Hello,

I did the CDL pin 7 (behind the glove compartment, ... black wire with blue stripe - unplug - wrap with e-tape) in a 99-100 Series now when I push the CDL, I can hear it clicking on, then when I turn it off I can hear a clunking noise below where the transfer case is. The faster I go the louder and more harsh the clunk is. It doesn't sound good. Any ideas? Thanks very much!

That's a normal sound. The center lock is releasing. The faster you are going the more load and stress is on the locking mechanism. If possible release the lock when coasting and see if that isn't a little less harsh.
