Found it. About a week ago the 60 started running like s**t. Idled real rough and would occasionally sputter under load. Horrible gas mileage and NO guts at all. Initially thought that it was fuel delivery. Ruled out vaccum leaks and thought the carb may just need an adjustment / cleaning. Tried the Seafoam with little or no improvement. Next on the list were plugs and the #2? plug I swore was cross threaded / stripped. Very hard to get out. Muscled it out and VIOLA!!! The culprit. Wasn't stripped just gunked up. New plugs in and running GREAT !
