Cat eye tailights. Is it jsut me or did these things all come with only one (driver's side)

Looks like this one is that way and I'm sure I've noticed more at root45

not sure thats a cat-eye, if it is it not correct for the year

but yes, it seems the cat-eyes were just on one side

it would make sense for the PS more the DS to get busted off........at least the way I drive
