I know I need one to install the bushings, but for all the searching I've done I can't find a picture of what y'all are using. I assume they can't be too hard to make but I have no idea how they look or function and I want to get this right. So far the only thing I've been able to determine is that the bolts at attach the arm to the axle are spaced at 185mm center-to-center.

I've got the 2.5* correction kit.

Thanks in advance.

Someone one Mud has taken the time to engineer the template. It is something he sells. Can't recall who sells it but it's well worth the $10 or so he charges for it. May be on Joey's web site which is wits end.

You can use the installation instructions on the Slee web site if they are still there. It isn't rocket science. One bushing offset is up, the other down. You can use a weighted line to find vertical if you park on a level surface. For the hole to hole centering, I use the original bushings in the arm and drill holes in a steel plate with a 5/8 drill using the bushing holes as a guide.

That's a good idea. Thanks for posting.
