Cargo liner - spray vs. role

I've been digging for an existing thread, but struck out. I'd like to do my cargo area only with truck bed liner. Anyone done this job and recommend spray vs. roll? Pics of completed jobs? Links to existing threads on this topic?

I did my car (with a spray, probably easier IMHO) because I thought I had a leak in the floorboards. It turned out the leak was in the windshield, but we used several products for the liner, including a regular truck bed liner and I think two cans of permatex sealer, link here. Let me know if you have any questions.

Also, I've heard great things about the Rhino Bed Liner.
