Cargo Floor Covers (1 Viewer)

I have taken out my third row seats and put them in storage. I also found the 3 plastic floor covers that were attached to the rear of (each) of the seats and snapped them into place on the floor. My question is there 4th cover for the hole in located in the bottom right of this picture? It seems odd that Lexus would provide covers for only 3 of the 4 seat latches.

Doesn't look like there is a cap but this is on 02 LC
