On an Aisan for a 2F: Just received a carb with a busted vent tube - I can't find a place that sells Aisan vent tubes, but would love a link if that exists. If not:

1. It's broken off inside the carb upper, so it's impossible to grip the exterior of the tube - okay to use an EZ-out to pull the broken bit out?
2. Assuming I use a caliper to measure ID/OD, what's the right way to put them in? I've seen the Holley guys use a little loc-tite...

TIA!

Just so we all have it here, the tubes are tapped in (pressure fit). You can get them out with an ez-out - recommend this one.

They're:

1/4" (6.35mm) OD brass
60-degree flute
36.85mm long; 6.85mm is pressed (or tapped) into the upper. I 3D printed a little tool to do this without damaging the flute. If you find yourself here, lmk and I'll send you a copy of the tool.
