Carburater Identification (1 Viewer)

On the top plate of the carb just to the right of where
the fuel line enters the carb there is some numbers
it goes like: 2F then a little more to the right there
is a 28. Can anyone help decifer the year of the carb
by these number?

There is a date code on every Aisan carb. It is stamped in small letters on the top front of the carb. The format is Y M DD. Y is the last digit of the year (4=1964,1974,1984...), M is a letter of the alphabet corresponding sequentially to the month (A=jan, B=feb,...), and DD is the numeric day of the month.

Thanks guys I found the info out on LCML about a hour
after i posted it here. I guess i should use it more often
before i get all excited and premee........
