Carb mixture screw (1 Viewer)

Looking to adjust the carb but i'm not sure where the mixture screw is located. Is this the location (see pic recessed circle). If so how do I remove the cap, it sits flush with the carb body. Drill it and pull with a sheet metal screw?

The idle mixture screw is capped for a reason. To prevent tampering.

It's VERY easy to over-drill and damage the mix screw slot, making it difficult to adjust (the screwdriver slips).

Use a punch on the cap and a stop on the drill bit, if you can.
