Carb insulator/heat shield

Would the later model years carb insulator and heat shield combo fit on an early 1F? Would like to use it for the sniper install and utilize the pcv port.

I "think" that the F and 2F intake manifolds are a slightly different shape with different heights at the carb base. The later 2F heat shield does not like to sit on an F manifold. Maybe could with some bending/cutting...

I have both manifolds. The carb is also closer to the valve cover on the '71 F. The later heat insulator has no PCV port, that is routed thru the manifold.
