My carb insulator looks a little chewed up. Is this something I should worry about? Do I need to get a new one?

TIA

Anyone?

Take some sand paper, maybe 120 and 300 or so and make yourself some nice smooth sealing surfaces if they're not already perfect. That stuff around the edges matters not at all. Fill it with JB Weld and sand it too if you want.

I'm going to fix my steering wheel that way. My PO was female. I've decided that she wore lots of dangly bracelets and liked how they sounded hitting the steering wheel when steering. It's pretty trashed.

Mounting surface is very smooth. Thanks for the advice guys.

Randy
