So, first it would not idle, rebuilt the carb, idles great now. The only problem I am having now is that when ingo to start it, I have to turn it over for 45 seconds to try and fill the bowlThen it drives great. If it sits for more than two hours, the fuel bowl drains down and empties. Any ideas.

are you sure the bowl is empty? after two hours do you no longer see fuel through the site glass? Most of the discharge points from the bowl into the carburetor bores require the gasoline to be sucked out (vacuum) or pumped out (accelerator pump). I don't think gas will drain or siphon into the intake manifold. Maybe the access plugs at bottom front of the bowl are leaking. Or the fuel is evaporating--does your carburetor fan work?
