Subject just about covers it. I've been using a tarp but if it is windy it mars the already bad off paint.
Any recommendations on an affordable car cover that can take wind, occasional snow, rain etc.

I've made one before but don't have access to a sewing machine anymore.

The car cover that fits the Jeep Commander 2005-2010 fits all that on a 60.
I borrowed one. It fits over the ARB bumper easily. Without a rack the cover was a couple inches below the bottom of the cruiser.
It was made by California Car Cover. Worked really well.
