those are awesome, but EXTREMELY expensive....I saw them demo'd on a show once, and that rig was nearly unstoppable....

Those things are bad ass, I'd like to see some of those on a Unimog, the tracks for ATVs look pretty fun as well.

I have seen those tested many times. the movie that is on soft dirt is where i used to work at which is aberdeen proving ground in maryland. i guess if you have the money they are cool.

Social/class envy is something that you should steer clear of. It will only cause you to loose focus on improving your own situation, and achieving your goals.

Good luck!

My boss, owner of Ek Ekcessories, has them on a 98 or so suburban. It has a 454 and with the tracks is pretty unstoppable. It has a way gay paint job on it, but he mainly uses it for shows.

They are out of Karlstad, MN. There was a Hummer set up with them at a shop around my place in Farmington. Looked pretty tough, would be fun ot go play with something like that in a very rough, swampy, snowy terrain. They were at the State fair this year too. They had a few quads set up with them, makes for a pretty tall quad, but mean looking.

It would make for an unstopable quad, as long as you didn't have to turn around!

You wouldn't need them up here, at least the Anchorage area. They would be nice for wheelin' in the snow though. To bad they're 20K+! ::)

For that price save your cruiser and buy an older snowcat to use in the snow. Now those things are cool.

Am I mistaken, or did toyota offer these as an option to their FJ-80? I had a brocure years ago that said that. Maybe a lucid dream?

I have actually considered that before. There is a relatively small cat for sale here that I thought would be cool to get and put a fj60 body on. We do a lot of snow wheelin' here so it would be cool.
