I happen to sit on my client Range Rover LR4 2016 today. Nothing impress me much, the only thing it caught my attention is that he was able to put is SUV so low on the ground while we were on pavement. Once we got to off road site, he raised his shock and the SUV lifted up height for offroading.

I know my LC cant do that, but are there any after market shock or hydrolic kits can do that?

Lexus 570 LX version of your LC can do that... It's really the only significant mechanical difference between the LC and LX.

If it really appeals to you, you could likely sell your LC and buy an LX of similar year and mileage for less.

The LX570 does what you are looking for. The LX570 AHC is very tied into the system.

I am not sure if there are aftermarket airbags that specifically can do what you want for the 200 Series but someone out there can do some custom work for you if you want.

They do offer AHC for the 200 Series outside of the US. I am sure the AHC off a Lexus will fit into a 200 Series but not sure how much of it you need to make it work.

I think it would easier and cheaper to get a Lexus LX570.

Thanks all, i am shopping for LX570 ha ha ha jk I love my LC, I will stick to it for while.

Ok... i did look at the price for LX570, it is 20K more than my LC.... i will pass

Are you looking at new? The used market is much more reasonable, and often cheaper than comparable LCs.

Owned a 2014 LR4 for 2 years before moving to the LC. Height adjustment was great. I miss that and the huge cargo area. But there are many things to like about the LC that the LR4 didn't have. And if you lift the LC a couple inches you will actually have higher clearance that the raised LR4 on the sides. (The LR4 is even more clearance down the center because it is independent suspension on all 4 corners and therefore no axle/differential pumpkin in the rear.) Don't get me wrong. I really liked the LR4 for off road and camping and the versatile cargo area. But the 2014 and on does not have the V8 (supercharged V6). I could go on and on about comparisons but suffice it to say that we are very happy with our LC. Especially when it comes to towing.

I was thinking the same thing . The older they get, and the higher the milage, the more equal their values become.

A couple years ago I know an 11 LX vs 11 LC both with under 20k miles, the price difference on the ones I bought was right at 5000.00 more for the LX. If that were today and both had say 80k miles, I bet the price premium for the LX to be virtually 0.
I think a lot of that comes from the changes they go through in regards to market appeal too.
I would guess at some point the LX would bring less the LC because of that supension difference and what it might cost to maintain a suspension like that vs the simpler Suspension on the LC .
