Can someone look at a 98 in Belflower for me? (1 Viewer)

I Live up in fresno and have been looking at this Cruiser. Can someone have a look at undercarriage and mechanical portion for me before I head down? It has a lot of miles but I am a Toyota mechanic so I can fix lots of things. Thanks, Jacob

Drove down to look at it yesterday, what a waste of time. Two tires had less than 10 lbs of pressure and they drove them on the road. All 4 tires were very badly weather cracked. When I pulled the radiator cap there was NO visible coolant, even with a flash light. There was also evidence that someone also had added block sealer and I found no outside coolant leak, Head gaskets??? Best price they were willing to do was $400 out the door. At best this things is parts.
