Hi can I swap or change 2lte cylinder with a 3l cylinder head? what are the pro and cons? anyone who has done it before its urgent people.

Short answer: yes. It’s a common “fix” for the early 2LTE head cracking problem. I can’t give much for details because I’ve never done it, but there are several threads here and in the diesel section that discuss it.

As long as you go with the second generation 2LTE or 3L cylinder head, you're good to go. Second gen heads are all you can get from Toyota now I believe. The first gen heads on BOTH are the ones that crack. Personally I went with the second gen 2LTE head. It is more expensive than the second gen 3L head....but I believe there is a reason.
