Can I replace a 73 series 1990 landcruiser transfer case with a 60 series Landcruiser transfer case

Hi, Can I use a 60 series Landcruiser transfer case to swap out our blown 73 series Landcruiser 1990 transfer case. If so, is there any issues I should be aware of. Thanks.

Yes you can, make sure you change the shifter over. I have a auto HJ61 transfer in mine. If only swapping the internals makes sure the idler shaft is of the same size.
