Hi Folks, this may be a long shot, but does anyone have a 54mm hub socket I could borrow this weekend? I’m about to dig into a knuckle rebuild on my 62, and the one I ordered hasn’t come in yet.

Happy to trade beer, wild crumb pastries, or your vice of choice.
Yea, I've got one you can use but.....I'm heading out on the Pipestone club run tonight. I'll be a the Belgrade Albertsons around 6. DM me if you want to connect there or maybe Sunday.

Just for future folks in the same bind... O'Rileys and others loan out those sockets. You essentially pay for the socket, take it home, use it... then bring it back for a full refund. They will loan it at as a "4x4 hub socket."

Napa will do the same. i borrowed a battery cable crimper one time. $950 cost of the tool refunded when i returned it :)

@secretasiansam Thanks for the offer, I ended up getting it from Chris. Thanks again @CCRider!

Also good to know the parts stores have them.

Chris asked that I hang on to the socket and pass it along to the next person in need, so if anyone needs one in the future, let me know.
