Can anyone translate a timing belt service tag?

Does this mean timing belt has been changed at this mileage (km) or it needs service at this mileage (km). Anyone know? Is there a certain amount of time you would replace it anyway, only because of age?

3-29-2013 and yes 186350kms.

I like to change them so it is set to zero for my use of the Cruiser. It is an easy job and parts not very expensive. You can also inspect it if you want.

@FJ73Texas Yes, 2017 sounds a lot better than 2013. I would have never known, I was worried its been almost 10 years. The cruiser is only at 213k so I don't feel it necessary to replace just yet. Thanks!

The date/odometer reading is when it was last serviced. Add 100,000 km's for next service (for a 1HZ).
