After putting my transfercase back together I lost all the oil becuase of this piece coming out. I can't remember what it was and can't get much from the FSM. I had my rear extension housing out for awhile so my memory is a little out of it. The hole resides next to the speedo cable. Thanks in advance...
Hoping to know the size of the bolt or whatever it maybe so I can replace it.

Kyle, are you talking about the threaded hole on top? Is that where it leaked out? Not sure dude.

the thing with the wire attached to it is the speed sensor

Thats correct the bolt thats missing out of the threaded hole. Can't remeber what went there. The FSM isn't helping much...
Anyone have a photo or anything that might help.

It has a flat, round, torx head and is pre-coated with a thread sealer. I can see no reason that it would need to be removed to work on the case and the service manual does not address it.
