Can anyone help me identify this plug? 1988 FJ62 (1 Viewer)

Long time lurker first time poster.

I'm in the process of replacing the wiring harness in my new tonme FJ62. I have almost everything in the engine compartment reconnected but I can't find where this connecter goes. The old harness was pretty hacked together so thats why I'm replacing it.

Does anyone know where the unconnected blue connector goes?
