Here are the specs that Delta Cams sent to me on there KC grind. I'm not to knowlegable on cams .
Do these look good to the gurus ??

262 duration,217 duration @ .050 with .430 lift

I use this cam a lot. Great stick. (I thought that I remember the lift being .441, but maybe not.)

I thought stock lift at the valve was about .375?
So .430 is a big jump up.

.441 would be real big for the 2F valvetrain, wouldn't it? Coil bind, possibly?

This cam does run very close to spring bind. But without spending time to check (which I have not) I am not sure about my memory. It may very well be .430 as stated at the top.

Did you end up using this cam? If so, are you happy with it, and do you have any other engine mods that relate to the cam (intake, exhaust, re-worked heads)? I'm considering a re-ground cam from Delta for my stock 2F.
