The gear box plate is on the regulator mounting plate and that bolts through the regulator motor gearbox; I could actually use 2. The gear box plate is for a spare motor/regulator

I appreciate that. I picked up some gears from Digital Lab /3d print RVA that look pretty good. I fabricated the keeper plate, but that back plate is trouble and it's always nice to have original parts.
Thanks , but don't waste your time. I just tore the motor down and it's rusted out
