Byers beware...X-Diff gears & axle (1 Viewer)

Beware of this company,

I bought a set of gears from these guys for my 80 rear axle,they were really noisy right out of the box.

Sent em back for warranty.

I got replacement gears a MONTH LATER.. so 80 on jack stands for a MONTH!!

Paid for another set up and these gears are just as noisy as the first set.

Still waiting after two weeks to hear from these guys about the problem.

The warranty has 5 mos left....dealing with this prob for 3 mos now
Do your self a favor don't deal with this co...NOTHING BUT HEADACHES AND CUSTOMER SERV SUCKS!!!
BUY FROM A LOCAL SHOP AND THERE WILL BE NO 1 MONTH WARRANTY B.S.

Or your installer, or yourself are incompetent on the install...

They appear to get great reviews online.

What brand of gear did they supply?

I've never dealt with them but can you show us contact info (email/text/etc) to base your complaints?

Did they send you the whole assembled third member ready to bolt in? If so might they have setup the gearing to a spec that need to be adjusted for the wear in your truck?

JUST THE GEARS SENT...BRAND WAS MOTIVE
THE SET UP WAS DONE BY..(2) DIFFERENT SHOPS SO I WOULD DOUGHT THAT BOTH MADE THE SAME MISTAKE.
AS OF TODAY NO CONTACT FROM X-DIFF

In reading the email I got from you guys does this mean
that I wont see the gears for 1-3 weeks?
If so cant you just send me some from your stock and keep the ones sent for me?
