Looks great, I've always loved the "no luggage rack, no running board" look, it harkens back to the earlier Land Cruiser wagon models.
 
applied some air hose and careful pressure washing to the engine bay

Cleaned up nice. The underside has only some oily film gunk, no sign of active leaks. I’ve left it parked for a week with the skid plate off and the truck has not marked its territory.

What do we think of that faded radiator? It’s original. Still intact, but my experience is that brown = replace.

Yes, that radiator is a ticking time bomb.

Get that replaced ASAP. Its giving me anxiety from here lol. Nice rust free rig enjoy the baseline!
 
Absolutely, replace the radiator and heater Ts now, and you won't be risking your engine on 25 year old plastics. Both are relatively easy swaps. When I did my heater Ts, I also replaced their associated hoses to make it easier and less likely to drop crumbly bits of plastic into the old ones trying to wrestle them out.
