read a couple threads on this. i think one had photos but most have busted links.
i’ve got a busted mast and aftermarket stereo. key ON, rolled down the passenger window, and held the antenna up and down button with my head sticking out the window. no noise.
this is what i see in the well.
1. apparently there are one or two blue wires that need to go to the head unit? i guess this is just for auto up and down with the stereo?
2. does this motor looked hooked up?
3. how do i remove it please?
i thought i just removes the heat sink but do i unscrew it from the engine side of the compartment somehow?
ALSO is there a stub or flexible option? is the toyota OEM manual option plug and play.
