We purchased this LX from the family of the deceased original owner last year and my wife has used it as her daily driver since adding 8,000 miles. Current mileage is 176,290 and may go up. Accident free Carfax indicating 33 service records and detailed receipts from 2007 to the present. Maintenance over the last ~18 months includes timing belt, water pump, drive belts, radiator, transmission flush, front and rear differential service, power steering rack, cabin filter and Michelin LTX MS tires. Oil changed last month with Mobil 1 5W-30 and Toyota filter. Known issues include quirky passenger door and rear hatch locks when hot outside, intermittently illuminated “D” on dash and a faulty CD changer. There is some surface rust on the undercarriage and passenger side was repainted to correct failed clear coat according to the owner’s daughter. Match is not perfect but only noticeable when you focus where fender and hood meet. More recent clear coat flaking on front bumper. Interior is exceptional with only minor distressing on driver’s seat. No odors present. Carpet is near new in appearance. We have the third row seats which appear unused. All original floor mats present. Wheels look great with no rash. AHC works well and ride is very comfortable. We have made multiple trips between NC, SC and GA without issues and it’s been in central North Carolina since new. Original running boards and factory cross bars are included but not installed. I did add Lexus front mud flaps when I removed the running boards.
We are selling because we recently purchased a local one owner Land Cruiser with lower miles and do not need both. I would not hesitate to drive this LX anywhere and my wife feels the same way. She all but abandoned her Cayenne when we bought it. It is a very clean and well maintained truck. Original manuals and two keys included. We are asking $12,500.
