Anyone know of a good how-to on how to remove the stock bumpers? Did a YT search and couldn't find one.

Very easy to DIY. Just hunt for various bolts to remove. All you need is a socket wrench and a few sockets. 12mm, 14mm, maybe 17mm?
Front bumper is held to frame by 4 bolts, 2 on each side.
Back bumper is really just a pair of wings on either side. The center section is the frame cross member, and does not come off. There is more stuff to take apart in the back, but it's pretty straight forward.
