Twisted most the mounting stubs off at the shoulders. Is there a way to replace the studs or better off dropping the dime for new ones. (perfect repair not required)

Just went out and looked at my "take-offs".
The heads of the studs are over-molded into the diamonds.
I'm not going to tell you it's un-fixable, because a clever tinker with more time than money could make a good go of repairing it.
Personally, I'd get new tips.
If you don't care if the heads stick out the top, you could drill the studs out and use 6mm carriage bolts from the top and paint to match.
Perfect! These will do the trick and look good too.
