Hi there.
Just wondering if others are having the same trouble as me when fitting urethane shock bushes. (And if so, what have you done to cure it?)
Here's what happens:
You can see that when I fit the bushes correctly (with the convex sides of the washers against the urethane) they tend to bulge/squish out before I can get the nuts snugged up completely.
I'm using using "Super Pro SP1178-16K" bushes made by Fulcrum Suspensions in Queensland Australia. And unlike OEM rubber bushes, they don't come as separate halves. In other words, there are just 2 urethane bushes per shock and they are so soft/flexible that you can push them through the shock eyes relatively easily (once they are well lubricated with silicone grease).
