I think you can do it. I did it for mine. Go to the first page of your thread. Click the three ... under the page numbers and next button at the top of the page, click edit thread, select the build tag.

Spent most of the day cutting Ipe wood to fit my two Con-Ferr racks. The long term goal is to use some of this wood on the interior as well (not sure how yet). Should look great.

best to google, but its a form of media blasting that uses water and media to make a slurry and provides probably the nicest finish you can get in bare aluminum. @roma042987 will probably be posting more and more as he has a vapor blasting cabinet. I had a split case done and its rather impressive how nice it gets.
