I've got a full set of Budbuilt aluminum skids and I am hoping to confirm my suspicion that it would NOT be a great idea for me to use the factory front lift area for a jack point. You know, the point where the factory skids had a nice protruding "donut"? Has anyone with these skids used them as a jack point to lift their rig? If not, what are you using to jack your truck from the ground? TIA!

I don't hesitate to jack under my 200 on the budbuilt skids. They're built like tank armor.

You still running aluminum? I thought you sold one of your sets and can't remember which way you went (steel v. aluminum).

I am running the stainless steel now. The aluminum set is garage art now. :) The aluminum is mega sturdy and I didn't have hesitate to jack under them. I always use a cutoff of a 2x10 between the jack saddle and the skid plate to spread the load.
