Bud built or Slee. Which is better with a function of a step, also?

I love my Slees.

@7000ft do your puddle lights come on when your door opens? or when you unlock the door? I installed mine myself (8 hrs from Slee) but never have figured out how to wire up the puddle lights.
They only light up when you open the front driver side or passenger side doors. They do not operate with the key fob like the Lexus

8 hours from SLEE? My labor bill from SLEE was 6 hours including the puddle lights. They are wired into the blue Landcruiser sill light wiring

I prefer Slee from an aesthetics standpoint but I have run Bud Built on other Toyota's I have owned in the past. My current 200 will likely get Slee sliders.

What I meant was, I live 8 hrs from Slee so I did the install myself. Wasn't sure how to wire up the lights.

Both are quality products and can't go wrong with either. Really comes down to what you are going to use them for. For me I just purchased, last week, White Knuckle straight full plate with a kickout because of kids ease in/out of the LC. Wanted a kickout and that narrows the field even though I live 30 mins from SLEE. White Knuckle offers 5% off to MUD members so that helped me with shipping costs.
