If you ever bump into anything, that style of 'guard' will just fold in and do much more damage to the lights, hood, etc. We call them damage multipliers for a reason.

I hope you don't intend to mount a winch to that "brush guard". I wouldn't even mention it, except this is the "winch" forum. And that really isn't even much of a "brush guard". But, talk is cheap and you'll find that out if you encounter any serious brush.
