Here’s a quick summary of this project:
I imported this 1987 BJ70 back in 2015. I initially tried to sell it, but then held onto it and brought it home to Maine. I drove it approximately 25,000 miles or so before finding a 2H diesel.
The 2H was installed in a parts FJ60 that came with another FJ60 I purchased a couple years ago. The 2H was in nice shape, free from leaks and ran very well. It had approximately 190k miles (305k Kms) when purchased.
The original 3B in this Land Cruiser was in need of a rebuild, so I decided to fit the 2H into it. It fits nicely and is currently sitting on some fabricated motor mounts. It still needs the fuel line routed, electrical work and the drive-shafts installed as well as exhaust work and steering work.

This is a full-drum (front and rear) land cruiser. The brakes are all in great shape. The axles and leafs are clean as is the chassis.
I have all the parts to complete this vehicle, or you can use the parts for something else.
