It kinda looks like a hose on some sensor wires. ?? Did you pull the hose off?
EDIT mine (93) has two vacuum hoses off that spot.

The other end of that hose should attach to a metal hard line that goes under the intake plenum
Temporary solution for around $7 with piece of coolant hose and a visit to hardware store
