Found this as I was clearing out my parts boxes to move. Was meant for my’72 project that never quite materialized and has since been sold. Gear was never installed, purchased from another Mud member. $85 shipped anywhere CONUS

There are apparently people supplying this gear in various other PCTPE or Nylon versions.

Apparently there were a few runs of the brass gear that were machined in Costa Rica by cruiser_guy. He is no longer on the Forum. Not sure what happened but he seemed to disappear around 2010.

The @fj55-100 link you provided is a good gear, he has done a bunch of testing on his dime to make sure the gear you buy will work and last like you would expect.
