This is a brand new ARB 3413190 Deluxe bumper for 03-07 Landcruiser/LX470 but it will work for all years of the 100 series. I installed one on a 2001 LX470 with no issues.
This bumper was slightly damaged cosmetically during shipping (probably dropped off a forklift). There are a couple of dents where the passenger fog light surround attaches to and some surface rash on the brush guard. That's it. If you're not worried about the cosmetics or if you're up to reconditioning it, this will save you hundreds of dollars. Cheapest I've found this bumper for was $1100.
As mentioned this bumper is brand new with all the hardware and instructions required for installation. Aside from what you see in the photos, no other parts were affected. Just the bumper.
