Recent development while braking vehicle stops normally but while extended braking or holding the brake down at a stop light you can feel the pedal pushing back up against your foot. No failure. No alarms.

I’ve gotten plenty of life from the stock abs/booster system but this doesn’t seem to fall into the normal failed booster symptoms that I can find. I’d rather not throw parts at it. Anyone had similar symptoms. Thanks!

Interesting I can’t find anyone with similar symptoms.

Just curious, if you are just sitting in the car with the engine on and you keep your foot on the brake does the same feeling occur?

Yeah it does. I also while pumping the brake pedal the other night got the abs light, VSC and the warning alarm. Guess its just early signs of failure.

If your booster is leaking internally or losing vacuum assist it will do that.

Yeah I’ve contacted Andy Le for a rebuild.
