Picked up a new master from Napa (93-95 4runner non ABS P2401) and it fits perfectly but I'm not sure how to hook up the brake lights. I suspect the two fittings under the original are pressure sensors that activate the brake lights(?)

The new master has a small bolt on the under side that I suspect is for the same reason. There is a wire harness connector on the reservoir that is think is a low fluid light for the dash. I won't be using that.

Is there a fitting that goes in the new master to hook the brake lights too? Is the brake light sensor under the dash by the pedal and I'm an idiot?

The two senders on the bottom of your original are the low brake fluid sensors. They have nothing to do with your brake lights. You can wire to the new low fluid sender connection and it may activate the dash brake warning light if you ground the other side.

Those sensors on your old master go to the "brake" indicator light on your dash. The actual switch that turns on your brake lights on the back of your bumper is a little "on off" switch under your brake pedal. Just like the switch on your fridge door. When you press on your brake pedal it closes the circuit just like turning on a flashlight....on.....off.If your'e not worried about the dash idicator, and your brake lights worked before I think you're golden.

The low-fluid sensor on that master was either built into the cap with a float, or build into the right side of the reservoir itself. If you bought it aftermarket it might have come with a cap with no sensor. The caps are readily available in your local junkyard and it's easy to retrofit to your existing wires.

its under the dash by the pedal and your an idiot (joke, i just had to do it) i have one just like it but its from an FZJ80 w/out ABS and i never bothered to hook up the low fluid sender (yet) and its in the cap on mine.
