Brake master cylinder swap on BJ70 (1 Viewer)

Could someone help me to know if it is possible to swap the brake master cylinder on a BJ70, 1986 with front drum brakes

This is the original master cylinder but i can't fin this un my country

So i want to know if i can put this instead

No idea if the other one fits, there is many different master cylinders. But for sure if you stick with the original, life is easier, even if you have to ship from overseas. Most of us here would be ordering from Japan, at the very least online.
