Brake fluid at Min, decent puddle of fluid. Reservoir seems loose, and there is a constant drip.

Well, taking a leap I would bet it's help resolving the brake fluid leak. OP, I'd suggest wiping things down so you can see new fluid more clearly and maybe have someone gently press the brakes to see if you can identify where the leak might be originating.

It could be from what is leaking, how to fix it, to best shop to fix this.

and wash the brake fluid off all painted surfaces

Replace the entire booster assembly. Dont take chances with brakes
