I’m rebuilding my brake calipers. I bought the rebuild kit from Toyota thinking it has everything but it doesn’t come with the o-rings, and I couldn’t find them online. Anyone has come across them before? I still have the old ones, but one is too big for some reason.

These are the ok ones that fit inside the hole:

And this is the big one that doesn’t fit:

The seal must of got contaminated did you clean them with
Lubricating oil, WD40, Paraffin, Engine Degreasant?
They where only designed to be in contact with brake fluid
I see, yes I degreased them with my ultrasonic degreaser so they must have deformed. Also I read that Toyota doesn’t sell those o-rings, as they don’t want you to take the calipers apart. I seem to go too far every time.

I did find a rebuild kit that has the o-rings as well, it’s made by Centric and the model number is 143.44012. I’ll report back on how the fit is.
