Replaced my alternator after the Christmas tree effect and high output voltage causing the lights be extremely bright. Replaced the alternator, lights went away and drove for a week then the lights came back. Replaced it with another alternator, drove for two days and lights came back again. Before replacing the alternator again, took it to O'Reilly's to have the alternator and battery tested, 14v. Replaced alternator again and drove for an hour and lights came back on. I highly doubt it's the alternator that has gone bad or something that is causing the alternator to go bad. Not sure if the belts are too loose or too tight. Alternators came from O'Reilly's.

That's a strange one. Might be some dodgy wiring somewhere, failing charge relay or even an intermittent internal fault in the battery.
Fusible link ok I assume?

Also check the fuse panel for a blown or dirty/loose alternator voltage sense wire fuse
