Hello Everyone,

I had some BP51s installed last week, with stock size KO2s on the heritage wheels by a well respected local shop. I didn't expect them to tell me that the remote reservoirs mounted to the frame (using OME mounts) contacted the tire thus necessitating spacers.

Has anyone else had this issue?

I had BP51 with stock wheels/tires 2013 not a Heritage) for a short while before I switched to ICONs and 285/70/R17, with no issues. I don’t see how the remote reservoirs should cause an issue as they sit on top of the frame rail.

Thank you for your reply.

I found the installation guide for the rear shocks and it looks like the shop mounted the remote reservoir bracket backwards (should face inside frame, not outside frame into the wheel well).
