Bolts and tire carriers

Greetings,

I had to have my old tire carrier cut off. I don’t have the original bolts as a result. What size are they? I need to get four for the new tire carrier.

Also, is there a bolt kit you recommend. I’m going to be slowly replacing a heck of a lot of rusted bolts over the next few months

Any if you have an idea? I’m worried I won’t get one long enough and end up not having it as security fastened as it should be.
