Bluetooth music without a lot of fuss?

I went with a Crux bluetooth adapter off Amazon for ~$50 IIRC. I don't think it does calls like the BT-45, but at less than half the price, I don't care. It plugs in to the factory 12 CD changer slot (the one that goes in the center console) on the head unit. I threw the whole unit inside the dash as I have no need for a USB connection, I only use it for the bluetooth. Stupid easy install, and I didn't have a 12 CD changer using that slot anyways.
I'm in an 06 470, it only has the 6 disk. That said, I like the price on this unit. anyone know if this will plug into the lx cd changer? Amazon product ASIN B01JODG4B2 it states that it will work for the LC100's...

+1 for the BT45 for just bluetooth, especially if you have nav (I put on on my wife's GX). On my 99 LC I just popped in a 2 din JVC, biggest pain was running the mic wire.

Someone posted this recently. With the Y adapter.

The BT45 and tux both seem like great options, but they apparently have no applications for the early 100's. Has anyone installed one of these in an 01 or earlier with the Nakamichi 6 disk CD changer in the dash?
